TaiChi is an exercise which has positive benefits for health, mind and body, improving
strength, balance and flexibility. Our popular classes are tailored for Reading u3a members,
taking into account age, mobility and balance constraints.
Groups meet four times a month

TaiChi originates from Ancient China, where it started as a martial art. It is now practised round the world as an effective exercise that has positive benefits for health, both mind and body. TaiChi can help to improve strength, balance, and flexibility. The classes held by u3a in Reading are especially designed to be suitable for our members, taking into account age constraints, mobility and/or balance problems.
