Walks of 4 - 6 miles take place twice a month. All we ask is that you are fit enough to keep up with the group. Occasionally walks of over 5 miles are included in the programme which aren't suitable for everyone. Walks can be at quite a quick pace so if in any doubt of your fitness please do an amble first.
